The Circus Tents

What's a creepy circus of Freaks without creepy tents where they can show off their talents to the spectators, so that their emotions can be absorbed and transformed into the fuel of the entire show, the Freaks Magic? Well, a less creepy one, I assume.
As always, I started sketching some basic shapes and silhouettes that somehow resembled tents you'd see in a typical circus, so i took a different path and pushed those shapes in order to give them that creepy feeling; after a couple of those i asked myself "Hey, you know what would make things even more creepy? Mechanic spider-like legs". That's it. I'm no arachnophobic, but many people out there are, so why not?
I even assembled the machanism of one of the legs with scrap pieces of plastic and nails, so that I had the perfect reference for posing and perspective.
